The Knickerbocker
$$$$
The Knickerbocker hotel is located directly above the Times Square-42nd Street Metro Station, offering easy access to the whole city. The Knickerbocker has some very tastefully decorated suites. Room prices start at 239 euro per night excluding breakfast during low season. The Knickerbocker has a very nice roof top bar, the St. Cloud.
Prices of rooftop hotels in Manhattan NYC
Prices of hotel rooms in Manhattan, with or without a rooftop, are heavily influenced by seasonal demand. A room that might cost a certain amount during the low season can soar to nearly four times that during peak times, such as holidays.
Visiting New York in the low season – like the first week of February – is therefore financially advantageous. However, be aware that Februaryās weather can be less inviting than in May for example, but you can be lucky. Itās a tough choice! Just remember to book sooner rather than later, as prices typically rise with increasing demand.
